What we set up, and why it matters

Email is where most small businesses leak deals. A misconfigured SPF record alone can drop your reply rate by 30% — and you’ll never see the bounces. We treat email setup like the deliverability project it is: proper authentication records, a sensible alias plan, and a security baseline that keeps the mailboxes safe without making them annoying.

Once it’s set up, you own everything. Workspace admin in your name, MX records on your domain, backup access via a recovery account you control. We just need temporary admin during the build.

FAQ

Things people actually ask.

How long does migration take?

A small team (under 10 mailboxes) is usually a few hours' work plus a 24-hour delivery window. No mailbox downtime if planned properly — old mail keeps arriving until DNS fully propagates, then we sweep it across.

Why does deliverability need so much setup?

SPF, DKIM and DMARC are the records that tell Gmail and Outlook your mail is genuinely from your domain. Without them, half your enquiries land in spam. Most companies under 50 staff have one or none of them set up.

Do you handle Outlook and Apple Mail config?

Yes — we set up at least one mailbox on each device the team uses, and document the rest so anyone can connect a new device. Two-factor enforced from day one.
